The Letter!

I got this letter today from work! I was just stoked, and I framed it so when I am having a bad day I can read it!

Dear Amanda,
our goal at ____ hospital is to provide safe and extraordinary care for our patients and their families. Many of our associates, such as you, go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. We here from many of our patients and families and often times they remark about certain associates that positively impacted their care and their experience.
We would like to personally thank you for being one of these special associates and would be honored to have you as our guest at a luncheon on April 7th at ____ hospital.
We so appreciate your dedication and efforts to provide the best possible experience for our patients.
